Common Stacks
The Healing Stack
BPC-157 + TB-500
Classic tissue-repair combination. BPC-157 supports gut/tendon integrity while TB-500 promotes cell migration and remodeling. Synergistic for injury recovery.
The GH Stack
CJC-1295 (no DAC) + Ipamorelin
GHRH + GHRP pairing amplifies natural GH pulses far beyond either alone, without significantly raising cortisol or hunger. Gold-standard anti-aging combo.
Alternative GH Stack
CJC-1295 (no DAC) + GHRP-2
Stronger GH output than Ipamorelin pairing, with moderate hunger. Useful in muscle-growth/bulking phases.
Fasted Fat-Loss
Fragment 176-191 (or AOD-9604) + morning fasted cardio
Lipolytic fragments taken fasted pre-cardio maximize fat mobilization. Do not pair both AOD and Frag — same mechanism, pick one.
What Not to Combine
Food within ~1 hour of any GH-releasing peptide (CJC, Ipamorelin, GHRP, Sermorelin, Tesamorelin) blunts the GH pulse. Dose fasted.
Do not combine exogenous GH with secretagogues (CJC/GHRP/MK-677) — redundant and risks elevated IGF-1.
Avoid dosing stimulating peptides (Semax, Dihexa, MK-677 sometimes) at night — may disrupt sleep.
PT-141 should not be combined with nitrates or blood-pressure medications.
GHRP-6's strong hunger makes it counterproductive during cutting phases; prefer Ipamorelin.
GHK-Cu topical should not be layered with vitamin C at the same time (chelates copper).
Pick ONE fat-loss fragment (AOD-9604 OR Fragment 176-191) — stacking both is redundant.
Cycle off GH secretagogues every 8-12 weeks to restore receptor sensitivity and avoid GH 'bleed'.
