What is KLOW?

A regenerative blend combining GHK-Cu, BPC-157, TB-500 and KPV in a 50/10/10/10 mg ratio.

How it works

GHK-Cu drives collagen synthesis and tissue remodeling, BPC-157 supports muscle/tendon/ligament/gut repair, TB-500 promotes angiogenesis and cell migration, and KPV provides anti-inflammatory immune regulation.

What it has been studied for

  • Supports collagen production, skin health, and tissue remodeling via GHK-Cu
  • Aids muscle, tendon, ligament, and gut lining repair via BPC-157
  • Promotes angiogenesis and faster cell repair via TB-500
  • Helps regulate immune response and barrier health via KPV
  • Combines regenerative and anti-inflammatory pathways in one research blend

These are effects reported or investigated in research, much of it preclinical. They are not proven outcomes or health claims.

Published research

  • Combination unstudied

Half-life

Blend of components — GHK-Cu short, BPC-157 ~hours, TB-500 ~2-3 days, KPV short; composite effect sustained via daily dosing

Cautions

Unapproved combination; verify source, potency and third-party testing.

Side effects & fixes

Common side effects

  • —Redness, itching or a small welt at the injection site
  • —Mild nausea, dizziness or headache after dosing
  • —Tiredness or lethargy (reported with TB-500)
  • —Stinging on injection with copper-peptide (GHK-Cu) blends

Histamine reactions

Fairly common at the site: itchy, raised welts that appear within minutes and fade within hours. Larger or spreading reactions are less common.

Common fixes

  • Rotate injection sites (abdomen, thighs, upper arms) and stay at least an inch from the last spot.
  • Let the alcohol swab dry fully, let the solution reach room temperature, and inject slowly with a fresh needle.
  • A cold compress for 5–10 minutes eases a red or itchy welt; it should fade within a day.
  • For blends containing GHK-Cu, more bacteriostatic water per vial (a more dilute solution) and a slower injection reduce stinging.
  • For mild itching, redness or flushing, a non-drowsy over-the-counter antihistamine (such as cetirizine or loratadine) is commonly used — check with a pharmacist first, especially if you take other medicines.
  • Take with a light snack if dosing causes nausea or dizziness.

Stop and get help

  • Spreading redness, warmth, pus or fever at a site (possible infection).
  • Anyone with current or past cancer should talk to a doctor first — these compounds affect blood-vessel growth.
  • Stop and get emergency help for swelling of the face, lips, tongue or throat, trouble breathing, widespread hives, chest pain or fainting.

Basis: Limited human data plus consistent community reports; animal research for mechanisms. Educational only, not medical advice.

Medication concerns

Theoretical: no human interaction studies
  • Cancer treatment or a history of cancer

These repair peptides promote blood vessel and tissue growth in animal studies. Discuss with your oncologist before use.

  • Blood thinners (warfarin, apixaban, rivaroxaban) and antiplatelets (aspirin, clopidogrel)

Injections bruise and bleed more easily on these. Use fine needles, apply pressure, and report unusual bruising.

  • Anti-inflammatory medicines (NSAIDs, steroids)

Not studied together. Some people use both for injuries; long NSAID use carries its own stomach and kidney risks.

  • Everything else you take, including supplements

Bring a full list of medicines and supplements to your pharmacist or clinician before starting.

Basis: No human interaction studies for BPC-157, TB-500 or KPV; concerns follow from animal data and injection practice. Educational only, not medical advice. Never stop or change a prescribed medicine without your prescriber.
